These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Houtperd (the "Service") at houtperd.co.za. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Houtperd is a project- and task-management application, including optional integrations such as Google Calendar. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse it — including not accessing data or accounts that are not yours, disrupting the Service, or uploading unlawful or malicious content.
You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display it so we can operate the Service for you.
Optional integrations (such as Google Calendar) are governed by the relevant provider's terms, and our handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy. Our use of information from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties to the extent permitted by law, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to protect the Service or if these Terms are breached.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
